SHIPPING POLICY
Hi Handsome currently ships to Australia, New Zealand, and the United States.
We offer FREE standard shipping on all Australian orders over $120.
Standard shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $9.95, and express shipping is available Australia-wide for $16.95.
Shipping and handling fees for New Zealand and the United States are calculated at checkout.
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1–3 business days.
Delivery to Australian metro areas typically takes 5–7 business days from dispatch, while rural and remote areas may take 7–10 business days, depending on location.
DAMAGE & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, so we can assess the issue and make it right.
If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photographs of the packaging and product as received and contact our support team for review.
For items that arrive broken or faulty, we offer a replacement or store credit, provided we are notified within 30 days of receipt.
Please do not dispose of the item until your case has been reviewed.
